Here you will find resources to support Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) merit badge counselors in guiding Scouts to earn the Stamp Collecting Merit Badge. We have prepared slides for instructional material as well as documents to help you stay organized and track progress. Feel free to use any or all.
